This site has the trade and agriculture regulations, trade policy, trade agreements links to other sites. There is also a page with the links to agriculture and trade issues that are directly related to the Free Trade Agreement of the Americas. Under the "Agro Market Place" part of the site, you can place advertisements on goods that you want to sell and buy. There is a part to the site with the Country Commercial Guide as pertains to the sections on agriculture for different countries.


Caribbean Agricultural Trade Policy (CATP) Project-NCFAP

This site is dedicated to the Caribbean through the National Center for Food and Agricultural Policy. The site has information on the Caribbean Agricultural Trade Policy Project, a project sponsored by USAID and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) to provide technical assistance, training and analysis in agriculture for the Caribbean. There is also information on the food safety, sanitary, and phytosanitary standards that exports and imports to and from the Caribbean must be in compliance with www.cbato.fas.usda.org.

This site looks at the agriculture, food security and trade issues. It has papers on symposiums that FAO held to discuss these problems and you can find reports on line. The site also looks at the impact of the globalization on food security and these issues and their examinations are also available on line. There are pages with global food prices, commodities market outlooks, and FAO’s projections for international food demand. There are also Intergovernmental Commodity Groups and commodity market analyses divided amongst product type.

Clicking on "all categories" will bring you to a very in-depth page with every country and its related agriculture and trade sites. There is a short description of the best sites to visit. You can also visit individual pages divided by category like food safety, economics and statistics, and agriculture software.
